Hood River fruit box labels are a popular collectable, and they are often reproduced for decorations. This copyright registration of the Davidson Fruit Company from 1914 shows that they understood the value of protecting their artwork and their brand.
Under current United States copyright law any image which was copyrighted in the US on or before December 31, 1922 is now in the public domain, so we can share it with you despite its clear copyright notice.

Newtown Pippin, Jonathan, Ortley, Arkansas Black, Gravenstein and Red Cheek Pippin.
