He did visit the plant at White River Falls also. Maybe that is where this picture was taken.

The wall material could be a clue. I think White River walls are smooth concrete but could be wrong.

Great photo! That is, indeed, the powerhouse at White River Falls. Here's a photo from a few weeks ago taken just a few feet behind where Alva Day was standing for his shot:
(my shot is a bit wider, but you can see all of the features from Alva's photo).

I thought there was an Alva Day photo that showed the outside of the White River building, but I couldn't find it.
There is this one showing one of the turbines? being repaired and the stucco looking wall.
