This is part of a set of three glass negatives labeled "Beach Scene Hood River ORE". We saw the other two (here and here) long ago, but I never shared this one. While I had initially identified this as Koberg Beach, the set makes it clear this is a little west of where the bridge is today, probably close to where the DMV is today.
