This image is from the Oregon State Highway Travel Division. The caption says, "Hood River Golf Course is one of more than 90 lush green courses scattered throughout Oregon, attracting novices and experts alike. Many have such scenic backdrops as Mt. Hood, shown here, or the wave washed beaches along the 400-mile coastline. Golfing is a year-round pastime in the mild climate of the western portion of the state."

I like the vintage 3 wheel golf cart and who can beat the view?

Looks like the old #3 putting green.

I love the lush orchard and the amount of snow on the mountain for that time of year.

I think this is the old #5 green which is now a practice green. The closest block of orchard was pulled out and is now where the 2nd, 3rd and 4th holes are located after the remodel of the late 90's. You can see the iconic cedar tree that is located near what is now the golf course maintenance shed (used to be a cold storage for the orchard).

A summer outside table lunch with friends at the Divots Restaurant, Indian Creek Golf Course, with this view of Mountain Hood is an absolutely golden experience.....
