I'm not very good identifying Halloween attire, so I'm well-practiced at saying, "Great costume!" What's your guess?
I'm pretty sure this was taken on the Day Family property on June Street. This part of the lot was just developed with two houses on it. The Google street view hasn't caught up as of this date.

I don't think they are celebrating Halloween, as the leaves are on the trees and it looks like blossoms. Their outfits look too Dutch to me. Maybe they are suppose to represent spring flowers, in their crepe paper costumes.

I agree with Charlott. Not Halloween time.
But for the life of me.....I can't figure out what those costumes might pertain to.
Looks like lots of starch was used on those fabric curls.

I'm going with apple blossom-- corn stalk with a Hershey's kiss on the head. Like I said, "Great costume, kids!" is always the safest thing to say.
