There are some photos of Pony Tail Falls with an overhand similar to this. I don't know if it would be close enough to the Columbia River Highway, for this lady to walk, carrying her purse.
Is this Columbia River Basalt?

The only cave I know of this size in the gorge is Upper Horsetail (Pony Tail) falls, but do not recognize the cavity on the right. Scott Cook, we need you ~

This is the cave behind Mult Falls. We're not allowed to go there anymore. It used to be super popular, before Multnomah was superpopular.
