That's not Rob Hukari, that's his brother Norm next to Les. And indeed, many of those kids are Rats!

Don Pattison (current Rat) says that's him in the glacier goggles in front of Bill Pattison, also a current member, in the apron. He thinks it's the 1965 Winter Outing, so it would be February. We've been having the Winter Outing every year since 1954, when the Rats took over management of Cloud Cap from the Forest Service, which wanted to tear it down.

Between Bill Bryan and Bill Pattison is Bud Routson and Marv Routson, his son is in front row with goggles on head- they must of been guests.

To fill in the remaining names - my brother Rick Marsh (far left with goggles). Between Rick and Dave is Harry Iwatsuki. I'm on Bill Sheppard's left down in the front. Thought that Bruce Hukari and Jimmy Bryan were along as well. Did Jimmy take the picture? I remember we hiked up on our skis from Cooper Spur to Tilly Jane then on to Cloud Cap. What a great group of dads! Posting this picture is an excellent way to remember these fine men on Father's Day and honor their contributions over the years.

The Winter Outing was a separate Adult Members affair.
The Father/son outing was a separate weekend - just like the Father/Daughter
outing. My Dad, Les Hukari, took me starting about when I was 12-13.
I remember Don Graves, Hukari cousins, Bill and Bob Sheppard, Lefty Leavens and others daughters of Rats having lots of fun in the snow.
I believe we have some home movies from it-

The guest next to Dave Sheppard,in the white sweater is Harry Iwatsuki Jr. and
your right,it's probably 1965/66. Harry would be on Dave's left as you're looking
at the picture. We were in a rock,and roll band together during this time, that's
why I recognize Harry so easily. He was our drummer.Robbie Gilkerson was
our sax player, and Randy Deskin and I played guitar.
